Pat Kirwan and Jim Miller dedicated a large part of their show to our game in the week leading up. Pointed out the D that NY would use the most because it was the one they had the most success with ion 12/24. They said that to beat that D your qb has to be willing to run a few draws and said there’s no way cousins would do that.

Pat and Jim are good. I like listening to them when I get to use my wife's car. But that's bs! If Cousin's thought he could beat 'em with a draw and he called the plays we would of saw the draw. He's not a puss. The guy has proven, to me anyway, he's not afraid of taking a beaten.

SF has a ton of picks after the Comp picks assignment and Kirk has a very nice contract. Also the Jets may get tired of the Rodgers game and of the course the easiest trade; Balt and MN.

In the end it would put off the QBOTF.

Hearing the Lamar interest is real.. stay tuned #Skol

I've doubted it, been totally skeptical of the possibility ... in my mind its not just wild conjecture but ridiculous

I've claimed that LJ is over-rated, that KC has been better the last two years which is true

I believe KCs current deal makes him untradeable because you'd have to add the dead money for two years on top of a new QBs contract making it prohibitive (if I understand it right, not sure)

But ... if Kwesi and KOC have given the LJ anything more than internal lip service ... would actually push for that kind of big-time deal ...

I'm encouraged that they are at least willing to shoot for higher than I've given them credit for.

Yes, I would be excited by the possibility ... I'm very hypocritical in that way, the oft-injured younger guy with one exceptional season, one very good season, and two injury filled below-par seasons

over the solid, durable, productive older guy missing the 'it' factor.

There's still absolutely no real evidence of this thing having legs.

Not a Lamar fan, especially for crazy money.

It would spice things up so whatever happens...happens

Maybe him and Buxton could share a house.

Yeah I am not really on board but it has too much logic and possibilities with SF, NYJ, and Balt.

It is just so weird how they added void money to Kirk. Could be smoke to make Kirk sign a reasonable deal.

The big thing is SF picks and they need a QB.

Also this:
Update: WR Odell Beckham had asked for $15-20 million a year from NFL teams earlier this offseason but has reduced that figure now that he realizes teams aren't willing to pay him that much, per @diannaESPN

It doesn’t make sense on any practical level.

IMO KC doesn’t either for 2-3 more years so any theoretical change is interesting.

Regardless, Lamar is a very high risk gamble and yes, be careful what you ask for … another franchise pounding contract would sour any change.

Two guys that get hurt a lot and/or old.

I don't want him because.......
Lamar didn't win anything when he consumed a small percentage of the salary cap, now he eats the lion's share of the cap and he will be a big success?

Yeah … neither guy has ‘gotten er done’.

Lamar obviously has more talent and injury risk, Cousins ensures more of the same.

Whatever, with that I’m making my salmon-leap out of the LJ discussion vortex.

𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Lamar Jackson is "ready to move on" from the #Ravens, a source told Mike Florio.

Another source told him that Lamar does not want a fully-guaranteed contract.

Let me ask you - I"m curious more than being a smart ass - does it make you feel better when you vent like that? I wonder the same thing about Dan as well.

I mean, it's not going to change anything. He's our boy.

I have no ‘source’ saying its happening or not happening.

I’m only opinionating on the innuendo and bald-faced speculation.

Like OBJ he's starting to ask a little less for the farm. I don't think "want" was the correct word there but whatever

What's multiple payers mean? Trading partners?

Rick Sosa
@sosarick

Vikings have multiple payers still part of the puzzle Kwesi Adofo-Mensah is trying to put together for 2023.. Za’Darius Smith, Dalvin Cook, Danielle Hunter and even Kirk Cousins are all in the rumor mill

Who's venting. He almost won me over but couldn't get 1 playoff win. He checked down and I checked out.

Our 2024 120ml salary cap surplus has shrank to 62ml.

Stay tuned for more of kwesi playing kick the can.

So you'll be back, but skeptical, if we challenge for a top seed, again.

If I repeated how bad the defense sucked ,,, never mind
