I have to wonder, why all the hate for "Failvine?" Everything I've read and heard is the Twins have the talent to be ahead by 10 games in the division. That means Falvey and Levine have done a hell of a job putting talent on the roster.

And then putting a coaching staff in the dugout that neuters them.

And retaining all of them after the failure of 2022.

Who got better last year? Who have they helped get better in the field/at the plate in the past few years?

Compensation round pick #34 overall is Charlee Soto, a 17-year-old RHP from Florida. He is 6'5" and has a fastball that sits at 98 mph.

Prielipp, last year's, is a loss. Out for year. Probably needs a second TJ surgery.

Brilliant

Kris Atteberry has a degree from Stanford in English literature.

Explains why he talks way too much describing play by play

Not Vin Scully.

Yankees fired their analytics hitting coach

He was the Twins first choice before Popsicles

Atteberry is horseshit …..ever hear him describe uniforms is utterly ridiculous.
Hope he never gets the job as an announcer.

As far as the twins problems I blame falvine, what a complete waste. Hear him interviewed never thinks anything’s wrong.

The Twins’ best two hitters, Carlos Correa and Donovan Solano, have four more hits combined (130) than Arraez (126). It doesn’t help that the Twins’ current second baseman, rookie Edouard Julien, struggles to make routine plays.

We just plain bad. Offense is offensive.

I wouldn't Carlos Correa one of our best hitters right now. He only recently got his average over .200 and his OPS up to an even .700.

Congrats Twins! You just got an ABSOLUTE STUD! Walker Jenkins is the best kid you will ever be around!! Plays with heart and he gets it! You just got a number one pick overall in any other draft!!

So does LaTroy Hawkins

"We called him Captain America," said former Twins pitcher LaTroy Hawkins, who coached Jenkins at the Prospect Development Pipeline showcase last year. "Very respectful. Works his butt off and loves playing the game of baseball."

Hawkins and Cuddyer worked with him. That's some free scouting that the awesome scouting department couldn't pass up.

If Failvine think it will save their own jobs, I'm sure they will make coaching changes when necessary.

It is clearly necessary now

Why not move on from Popkins?

Give you that, although health had a lot to do with that.
but what about this year? Worse than ever before he broke his leg on a foul ball.

probably the biggest issue with these guys.

Can't DFA Sano last year, just IL him and not drop salary.

Trading for injured pitchers who last a handful of starts or less

Coaches hired that don't do the job and you retain them.

Cool to see Arraez go 2-2. But...he did get thrown out trying to steal 2B.

We didn't need him, the Padres didn't need him, the Royals didn't need him. He finally figured it out at age 28.

Would anyone here un-do the Arraez-Lopez trade? I definitely would not un-do it.

Zero trade value. They kept Steer and others because they could get return if no current path to majors. Encarnacion Strand will probably be traded from Reds for pitching for the same reason.

Oh bullshit. You saw a former Twins prospect who finally put it together with his fourth organization and now you're crowing that you knew it all along.

He had more hits last night than Gallo will have for the next week.
