I don't miss Cousins standing there like a museum statue and getting rocked.

I actually enjoyed that Clutch Cousins game winning drive

I loved when he flexed...

I'm ok with this one, because the Eagles are insufferable

Wanted Phil to win watching the game - normally they have to be playing a GB or a Dal to cause me to root for them, Then when it was over, totally ok with them losing.

Toast calls me racial slurs.

PAF deep attempt.

Gink per game.

WTF?

I'm guessing that when he burns the toast, the toast is offended because he doesn't like black toast.

PAF play action fake

GPG When you get sacked or throw a 5 yard INT into Andrew Van Grinkel’s reach - you got Ginked.

Atlanta actually has a pretty good roster......Philly's offense looks horrible w/o AJ outside of Barkley.

Very few scary teams. I just hope fortune favours us until we can be a team no one wants to face.

Early returns are good. Just need to stay healthy and hope we have the depth.

Speaking on that has anything come out on Dallas Turner?

I was very unCousinslike in two very distinct ways.

1. He had to lead a comeback. In his career he's been catastrophically bad at it.
2. It was a nationally televised game. He almost never plays well in those.

Pff sucks..

Pace made plays.. Bradbury was ragdolled multiple time ..

Chris collinsworthless couldn’t find his ass with both hands if he was sitting on them.

I don't know if Pace is an every down linebacker. While he certainly did make some tackles, he also missed quite a few open field tackles and honestly was trucked a few times. With his speed, maybe he should only be in on passing downs. He's not very big and seems to have issues with holding up against the run at times. Don't get me wrong, there are definitely things he does well but I can see why get got a bad grade from that game.

Sam Darnold is currently tied for the fourth highest QB Rating in the league right now. And he's doing it without some of his top weapons. Kirk Cousins, #25.

Just sayin!

Two-minute offense...............got down the field and scored with :00 on the clock against one of the top defenses in the league. This is what wins in the NFL! It's a skillset that JJ McCarthy is likely two years (playing time) from developing.

If he keeps it up, it will be a tough call on what you do next year. Darnold will be looking for 20-25M per year. For multiple years.

We are high on McCarthy and didn't draft him to be a backup.

There's lot of season left. I think that's an off season issue if he keeps playing as well as he has.

Manning and Belichick have a MNF ~ preview. It's not so about much the teams, but how they dissect various plays. Peyton often does his normal 'slot wide back side against a coverage 3 xyz' thing yet also provides great things. BB - who limits his words to the essentials - offers really good stuff on huge do's and dont's, priorities, job 1 is..., etc.

Belichick is excellent on the broadcast. He provides great insight.

I'm sorry I missed. I love the Manning casts. I'm not even sure what I saw the game on - uzzu? or Prime? - but I'm pretty sure it was without volumn

I guess the afternoon preview may be a weekly thing.

And there was BB in the 1st qtr of the game. It looked like he totally ignored Eli, who came across as a circus clown relegated to say "We're going to a commercial break."

I was never a Cousins crusader, but I also never really understood the perception he doesn't lead 4th quarter comebacks? I mean that was almost the entire year of 2022 for us (yes with one very notable exception). For his career 23 4th quarter comebacks, 29 game winning drives.

https://www.pro-football-reference.com/leaders/comebacks_career.htm

He has more 4th quarter comebacks than Aaron Rodgers. Carr, Dalton, Testaverde, and Tannehill rankings were some surprises on that list!

The problem wasn't that....he was such a slow starter in games and season is the issue. If you attack teams, make plays and execute early you don't need a 4th quarter comeback.

Darnold is more efficient from the beginning of the game/season and that is a stat that doesn't show (in 4th quarter comebacks).

There was a stat that was sent to me....Kirk has never started the season 2-0.

Yeah I get that; never loved him but he I think the point was he did better than the narrative at the end of games overall. Problem also was some of the ones where he didn't were higher profile (ie Giants playoff game).

Well that's the point. The absence of making big plays in the critical moments of big games ... or to get to big games.

But that horse has been beat down to the molecular level.
