I think the Raiders could give the Packers problems. They're a physical team with a very good DLine. They've won @Denevr, Houston, SD and Minnesota. Non of these teams are close to the Pack except maybe Houston but these are difficult places to play. Discipline will be thee key for them.

Obviously the Lions, Giants and Bears. The Lions dominated the Pack offense last season and it wasn't just Rodgers getting hurt they were dominating up until that point. The Giants are somewhat erratic but if it isn't too windy in the Meadowlands Eli should be able to throw on the Pack. Calen Hainie remains a mystery but he looked good vs the Pack in the NFCCG, heck they might have won that game if they turned to him rather than Collins.

The Pack will have 10 days to prepare for the Giants.....

I am not buying the Calen Heine thing one bit

QBs who make plays against a prevent defense don't excite me

The Bears are dogmeat versus the Packers without Cutler

I don't think the Giants are very good, but Manning could do well against that defense. The NFC is weird this year; I'm not buying SF as a very good team in spite of the record. The only good team they've beaten is Cincinnati, who may or may not be that good themselves. I think SF is good and they're overachieving to be at 9-1. Other than GB, I don't see an NFC team I would call very good.

Well Hanie did play well in that game and he was driving the Bears to a tie. eah they will struggle big time with out Cutler who is playing at an MVP level atm. If the MVP award is given to the player who is deemed most valuable to his team then shouldn't Peyton Manning get the MVP this year?

The Giants are surprisingly terrible running the ball and even Manning has been under duress most of the season. They do have the WRs to give the Packer defense problems, Victor Cruz is dynamite. While they haven't played well they do have a good secondary at least on paper. Their front 4 can bring the pressure necessary on a good day as do the Lions.

The team that matches up best with the Pack is probably the Eagles. They can attack their defense with speed all over the field force their LBs to stay at home with Vick or McCoy. Their defense has a strong front 4 and their DBs are probably the only team that can cover all those WRs. Their LBs are a problem but is Jermichael Finley good enough to exploit that?

Hah, instead give it to Luck because the prospect of drafting him has made an entire team lay down like dogs

The Lions have no defense, and the Pack defense is underachieving but getting Walden and Neal back. I think they'll beat the Lions.

I think people might bet the Giants because they beat the last team that tried to go undefeated, but this Giants team isn't as good as that one. Heavy betting on the Giants, and the Pack will get the calls. I think the Pack will win this one, it might be one of those terrible days for Eli, 3 or 4 picks.

Packers will beat Oakland, Carson Palmer usually gets worse towards the end of a season, and the Pack have them at home. Oakland will probably give them a game like TB, but the Pack will pull it out.

KC won't be close.

Actually, I think Chicago might have the best shot of all the teams the Pack has left, them or the Lions (because it's in Detroit). I think JC is underestimating Hanie a tad. He might not have the arm of Cutler, but he seemed quick. The Bears have a better team then they have last year, and a few more games and Hanie might be fairly productive with this offense. My gut says the NFL would prefer the Packers winning on Christmas if they are undefeated going into the game, so the refs will favor just a tad more than usual, and that will assure Hanie's inexperience will factor in.

Pack will beat the Lions out at home if they are undefeated going in, unless they start pulling starters at half. I think the Pack can probably still beat the Lions with Flynn at QB in the 2nd half.

I think the 49ers might be good for one win coming off a bye, and it'll be a break to get the 49ers. The Pack will have little trouble with the Cowboys and 49ers or Lions in the playoffs. I think the Bears and Saints could give them trouble, but they might not have to play either one.

I think the Pack would beat everyone in the AFC, but would struggle the most with the Ravens. The Pats could be trouble, but not if the Pats are the favorite.

This 'expert' almost got every game wrong :

http://www.betvega.com/nfl-week-11-game-predictions-underdog-picks/

The Vikes being 9 1/2 point dogs at Atlanta, it might only take a little bit of tinkering and the Vikes can cover the spread. With a little bit of a 'sway', I think the Vikes could even be ahead at one point, the Falcons come back and win by 7.

It wouldn't surprise me if the Giants pull an upset on the Saints, and then come back the next week and lose by 7 or more to the Pack.

Well 5-7-2 is hardly a terrible record.

Packers over Saints

AFC

1. Patriots
2. Ravens
3. Texans
4. Broncos
5. Steelers
6. Bengals

Steelers over Broncosl
Bengals over Texans

Ravens over Steelers
Patriots over Bengals

Patriots over Ravens

packers over patriots

Pains me to post this because I really don't like the pats but with Big Ben hobbled by ankle injury I don't see a big run in the Steelers.
The Ravens defense has been almost as bad as the patriots in many games. Worse, Flacco has really regressed this year.

Patriots defense will get exploited by either the Pack or Saints big time

But I just may have to eat my words and watch the Pats win the AFC

arrgghhhh

I predict that until at least May there will be at least a post a day about what moves we should make to get either Luck, RG III, Matt Flynn or whatever the favor of the week is.

However, we will (IMHO rightly so) start the season with the same three QBs we ended with.

Perhaps the Vikes should get Flynn AND draft Luck (if he's there), and then pick the best 2 of those 2, Webb and Ponder ?

If I had to predict what the Vikings will do, I would say

1. Trade down 4-6 spots
2. BPA LT
3. 2nd pick take WR
4. 3rd pick DB

I am starting to believe that as well with the Polians being fired.

They appear to have been in favor in grabbing Luck and starting over.

Now it appears that you are correct.

Who will be the team to trade up for him?

Washington?
Cleveland?
Jacksonville/Los Angelese jaguars?
