My hometown team Litchfield Dassel Cokato plays tonight. Here's to hoping they can be the 1954 Hickory BB team from the movie Hoosiers!

Had no idea you were from there.
Coiuldnt have more respect for a team.
They beat us by one on their way to the tourney this year.
We've played a bunch of barn burners against them the last couple years.
Great kids. Great coaches.
Gonna get smoked tonight but it is what it is. .

Proud of how we played Breck 3 years ago after seeing them dismantle West today.
It is what it is.
One team is re-loading every year for a shot at a state title. Those of us down here are just hoping our guys can skate and handle at the same time.
Different worlds, but still love our kids. Its a great experience for them. No matter what goes down.

11-3 Hermantown. They really should step up to AA, but I can't blame them for holding off since they've lost in the championship game like 6 years in a row. Win a couple championships, and they better step up to AA.

And whined incessantly about it.

The cinderella slipper finally fell off. They had a nice run. Never were expected to make it that far. Played three scintillating down to the wire playoff games in a row. Luverne was the section favorite and we tied them up with 30 seconds to play and won on OT. Just ran out of gas, up against a juggernaut.

Me either. My neck of the woods (although Litch was it's own entity when I was in HS).

Warning ..... Bruce Plantes head may explode if Breck plays tommorow like they did today.
Dominating and smothering.
Helluva strong team. Their overall defensive team concept just rocks.

Wayzata played a tough physical game tonight against Stillwater. They could be tough to beat if they keep playing like that tomorrow night in the championship game.

Sharks on blood.
Breck dominates early, doesn't matter
Can't keep htowns talent away from the net.
Get these guys in AA, now.
Just loaded with studs

Nahhh...let them fill the cabinet with trophies first. Just like the recruited Cadets did for years. At least they are more of a community team than St Thomas Academy was.

At 5-0 with under 2 min, I think this one's choke-proof.

Congrats on finally getting off the schneid, H-town. Now man up and move to AA. You too, Breck.

Like I've said before, there should at least be a 5-year rule if you win the A tourney.
