That's what it's all about in our Me first society. No such thing as Gopher pride any more.
I don't think there is a single kid on today's roster that would have made it on a Herb Brooks coached team.

And the Gophers won again for a rare road sweep Saturday night. A good weekend for the Gophers with the ladies volleyball advancing to the Final Four and the men winning both nights.

Status: online 		Read a headline that the Gophers won 5-1 against Mercyhurst in the M-Classic. Who knew (since it wasn't televised).

Serious question for the folks up there. Is this getting talked about? I use to be able to see 95% of the games. I now get, maybe, 7 or 8 a year. Unreal how quickly that has changed with the advent of the B10 conference.

It was talked about for the first couple years it happened. It's not talked about anymore because fewer and fewer people care. Or just have accepted it as the norm.

Status: online 		LOL. The biggest team in the State of Hockey hosts an annual tourney during the Holidays and it's not covered. F'n BRILLIANT.

That is seriously hard to believe. Living outside of MN my whole adult life and being a huge sports fan, I can this. That would never happen outside of MN.

Not sure why but I kinda get the feeling this collection isn't bad.
We could honestly become a team at some point.
Not a title winning bunch, but a solid team top to bottom.
Fun to see a local product get his chance on the coveted Gopher Ice sheet against his idols.
(the MercyHurst goalie is from a small town down here)
Didn't go well ... but he MADE it.

Status: offline 		Ha, I wish. They dominated the first period but from there on acted as if they didn't really have to work, which meant that the Badgers tied it up. They need to come out with guns blazing tonight (late this afternoon) and not take anything for granted.
