Being able to watch games on ESPN 3 with the Drone Cam is so unreal.
George Jetson stuff.
You are literally feet away form the play when it happens.
AMAZING technology.

The Big Ten is once again embarrassing itself weekly.
The top teams simply miss the "it" that it takes .... to be elite.
There's always something missing on every good squad.
Not trying to sound like an expert, but 99% of the time, just by looking at the rosters and the athletes ... I'd rarely take the B10 team.
I grew up and have faithfully watched it my entire life. My Dad pointed it out in the '70s to me. Theres Big Ten speed, and then theres "top tams in the country" speed.
Obvious differences.

Perfect example last week UW/LSU. LSU, and most SEC teams, are three deep with athletes at every position.

Just think, the Gophers are not yet even Big Ten contenders. The distance between that and National Champs is large.

Read my mind
I stuck my neck out when the Badgers were up early ... no way they could hang on
And as you say .. all about depth and speed
SECs three-deep guys could do well in the B10.

Absolutely.

Best seat in the house is in your home. Don't get me wrong, I love the atmosphere and electricity especially at the on campus venues, but in terms of seeing the game, no comparison.

The Big Ten is officially burnt toast.

MSU put up a fight for 3 qtrs but the game has a 4th qtr and Oregon stepped on their throat. Mariotta is something.

OSU  and Mich lose. I cant think of which team barely beat McNeese St. Getting bad when you can't even beat up the cupcakes on your schedule

Hey....

how can you forget Nebraska?

the McNeese brothers (inside joke based on their team name on the back of their jerseys...ha) probably should have beaten Nebraska if not for Abdullah's heroics...

so in a way, they fared as well as any of the B1G's

but definitely the B1G is a joke and none of them will sniff the playoff

Oregon is more physical this year, but I'm not sure if that translates to them being better other then that they'll match up better with Stanford...

One of the Conference winners in the Power 5 won't make the final 4 playoff and the Big10 is making it easy on the selection committee.

It looks like MSU and Wisc are the two best teams. Both at least showed they can play with the big dogs for 3 qtrs

Agreed. Mariotta could be special on Sundays. Kid sure has some wheels and a strong arm to boot.

Ducks are a fun team to watch. Very explosive.

Momentum is such a huge factor in the College game.

My boys could contend for the B10 title this year if they could find a QB that could throw in the ocean from the end of a peer.

Nebraska?

Penn St could actually end up being in the mix when all is said and done.

Gophers.

Great running game, ok ST's and a much improved D. Although, they let me down in the 2nd half yesterday. Still, that team put up 61 last week and we shut em out in the first half.

Nebraska remains in the title hunt.

Once again Pelini shows why Nebraska will never win anything under his guidance. The guy is a complete joke of a coach but the fans and everyone else up there love him.

I guess it's because he's "better than Calahan". Nebraska has some talent on this roster but Pelini will drive it right into the ground like normal. I hope I'm wrong.

No, Richard...

The Boleavers vastly outnumber the Bolievers

Most of us have wanted him gone for 4-5 years...

Suh single handedly made us feel like Bo might be the answer,

but year after year he shows he is outcoached and out recruited

has meltdowns on the sidelines and at the podium

and he fields teams that commit ridiculous penalties, commit turnovers and blow leads

and ultimately, not only can't win a big game, but usually get BLOWN OUT in them!

You should have seen the Nebraska rivals board yesterday...no, most husker fans are not fans of him

I would love to see the Gophers win the B1G...they are due!

and pleasepleaseplease beat Nebraska to help move Pelini out the door!

I gave up on Gopher football long ago. Are they any good at all this season?

Until proven otherwise I would consider them a middle of the pack Big Ten team. Does that mean any good? I don't know but it probably does mean they don't suck.

Starting out this year, middle of the pack. Given that the B10 looks like shit, we can win it if Leidner gets it together. Kill is a hell of a coach. And, I don't say this as a homer. I've never said my boys can win it all...ever.

That is certainly a step up from previous years.

I'll still never forgive Lou Holtz for leaving us at the alter.

Michigan State to me is the best team in the Big 10. I love their QB. Penn State may have one of the top 3 QB's in the league as well.

That doesn't make you not a homer.
