ORIGINAL: MDK Your fault Matt. I agree. Sorry about that. As long as the Dodgers win tonight, I'm still gonna be one happy hombre. Happy Hombre Matt! LAD up 3-0. Bury the Cubs. Finish it. I could be happier, but the Yanks ruined that. Gotta respect them. I think it is very safe to say that Judge is a stud. Yanks need to sign him to a long term deal well soon. If not this offseason, then next at the latest. Do what Tampa did for Longoria. I don't know. Reminds me of Kevin Maas. Oh Matt.....you love to go fishing in the morning, don't you. No, I'm serious. They are very similar. Both big power guys out of the chute. Maas OPS+ of 150 in his rookie year. Never had another season over 100 OPS+. These types of guys can flame out in a hurry. No doubt, Maas had a great rookie year but it was limited. His second year with a 100 ops+, he had 23 homers and 63 rbi's. Not that bad. Judge had a record setting full rookie year. 171 ops+ Remember, Maas' rookie year was in 1990.......steroids were still the rage. And now the juiced ball is all the rage. Lots of similarities. Hopefully they go back to the old ball.
