Your fault Matt.

I agree. Sorry about that. As long as the Dodgers win tonight, I'm still gonna be one happy hombre.

Happy Hombre Matt!

LAD up 3-0.

Bury the Cubs. Finish it.

I could be happier, but the Yanks ruined that. Gotta respect them.

I think it is very safe to say that Judge is a stud.

Yanks need to sign him to a long term deal well soon. If not this offseason, then next at the latest. Do what Tampa did for Longoria.

I don't know. Reminds me of Kevin Maas.

Oh Matt.....you love to go fishing in the morning, don't you.

No, I'm serious. They are very similar.

Both big power guys out of the chute.

Maas OPS+ of 150 in his rookie year. Never had another season over 100 OPS+. These types of guys can flame out in a hurry.

No doubt, Maas had a great rookie year but it was limited. His second year with a 100 ops+, he had 23 homers and 63 rbi's. Not that bad. Judge had a record setting full rookie year. 171 ops+

Remember, Maas' rookie year was in 1990.......steroids were still the rage.

And now the juiced ball is all the rage. Lots of similarities. Hopefully they go back to the old ball.

Finding the post game stuff with all the ex-studs to be fascinating stuff.
ARod continues to be from another planet.
He seems really good at this .. But as usual you wonder what he is?
Seems to sit apart from the others, seems to be allowed to get the last word on everything.
I've been a Big Papi hater, but he's a breath of fresh air on there. Seems truly nice.
The Big Hunk is trying hard, but feels like a fifth wheel.
Keith Hernandez stands out like a sore thumb, he's not in this millennium with his opinions, but I like him

I though it was because he was a smoker.

Can't believe we never talked about the Carl Edwards Junior guy walking the can't-hit Yu Darvish guy last night.
Hilarious stuff.
Four freebie chances and he couldn't throw a strike.
Carl Edwards Jr. .... Can't say it without chucklng

Reddick is 1 for 16 against the Yanks. Pretty big hole when you have him hitting 2nd in the order.

Astro hitters have gone into a huge slump. Not a good time. Yanks on a roll.

Astros really needed to take one in New York.

Reddick has embarrassed himself at the plate this series.

Grandy used to be fun to watch.
He's simply old now.
Roberts may be a little too sentimental some nights.

Yeah, I get that feeling too. "We're up 3-0. Who cares? Let's give everyone a shot."

I thought Gardy was bench coach for the Diamondbacks.

When did he join the Astros for their 3 games in NY?

Something's been on my mind while watching the Dodgers. Is Puig naturally that big & strong? I feel like I'm watching Sammy Sosa about 5 years before he was done & gone from the league. I know the balls are juiced...is that all?

Yes.. he's always been built like that. He's just been undisciplined.. until now.

He has the talent to be one of the faces of MLB. He just has to continue to put it all together.

I didn't know how I'd feel seeing the Dodgers go back to the WS for the first time since I was in the 7th grade. I'm not the biggest baseball fan, but it was really a proud moment.

The Twins have one two rings since the Dodgers'' last one, but I know its been a long while for you. Toasting to you hard core baseball fans that your team gets to taste the championship waters again soon.
