Should be a great day for a game ...
NEED this one. Sched gets real tough after this.
Gotta stop the run on D, and cannot turn the ball over on O.

Glad we got the win but WTF was Turner thinking at the end? All we had to do was run the clock out and he drops Hill back for a pass and we lose 10 yards???

I wondered at the time too, Jeff.

It was cement shoes Hill not being able to get the handoff off. I thought it was this dumb PA pass...

Think I'm right but I could be mistaken....

Seriously thought Zimmer would seek him out after the game and have at it.
I KNOW it crossed his mind.

Someones gotta do it.
I would if I was close enough.
When a jackass like that ... that you know teaches the game that way ..... goes ahead and says, yeah, we did it again, so what ... he's asking for a punch in the mouth.
Simple as that. He knows what his guys do and he's daring people to say or do something. Its time to say or do something.

That's why hockey is still great ... you mess with someones livelihood, at some point you will have to answer for it. Either from that person you messed with, or someone looking out for that someone.

Think I'm right but I could be mistaken....

Just a couple horrific play calls late.
Losing the ten plus on the Hill barenaked rollout almost cost us that game.
Then the next play is a 3 yard back-toss on a simple run play.
AD was shaky enough hanging on to it ... just put it in there... just put it in there ....
And once again we watch our punter struggle mightily, but with the built-in wind excuse ....
Their punter bangs a 61 yarder the minute he is on our end.
Great job by the D. Won us the game. Nothing but punts for St Louis when they had to go the length.
Love how we tackle. It aint always pretty, but we RARELY miss. That's so big ... we got used to seeing a team that never made the first tackle.
These guys we have now make it, or at least hold em up for the next wave. so huge.

@PhilMackey
The #Rams have now knocked three QBs out of games this season: Roethlisberger, McCown and Bridgewater. Everywhere Gregg Williams goes...

Ok, making the Pack the favorite at Denver? Kinda understandable
This week? Vs Carolina? Again on the road?

Wow.

Tom Brady is 61-4 in his last 65 games.

With constant personnel turnover around him.
With constant pressure and controversy surrounding him.

Wow.
Come on. Hate him all you want ... how is that not one of the most unreal things you've ever heard?

What Zimmer has done with this teams D is almost unthinkable. We've brought in about 30 different guys in 20 years and the hope has been "Good Lord, please make us 'decent'".

In a year in a half he has made us top 10 with a crap ton of injuries. I love the guy. Turner has disappointed but I've got nothing on Zimmer.

In the conversation of the greatest ever. Montana may still have him for now.

Well, He's played in MORE Superbowls than Montana and won the same number.
Now he's won all of those games by a narrow margin where as Montana completely decimated a couple of opponents.

Career stats aren't hardly worth looking at considering Brady and Belichick initiated the true passing age.

Close doesn't begin to describe it. Brady is getting better with age it seems. Montana broke down.

Brady will never play for another team. Montana was traded.

I'm thinking Brady may have inched ahead of Montana.

And I hate the Patriots.

It was another game we were destined to lose, but found a way not to. Really great effort by the Defense. Very smart by Zim to kick it away to start the OT and take the wind. Very poor play by Hill and even worse play calls for him. The guy that took Teddy out better be getting a large fine and/or suspension, that was blatant. Hope Teddy can play Sunday or our chances will be really slim.

Agreed. I love the fact that Zimmer was very frontal without being whiny. Loved the way he blew off Fisher at the post game handshake.

It really is refreshing to have Zimmer and Molitor as head coach and manager and the manner in which they address the media.

Here's some of Fisher's response to Rodney Harrison criticism: "This is coming from a guy that had 18 unnecessary roughness penalties. . .seven personal fouls, four roughing the passer penalties. A total of 77 penalties in his career and was voted 3 times the dirtiest player in the National Football League."

More advice for Zimmer from Fisher: "Go back and look at the tape before you jump to conclusions."

Fisher w/advice for Mike Zimmer: "I think a good lesson to be learned from this is control your emotion, OK? Immediately after the game."

Josh Robinson will be activated off PUP today, #Vikings announce

Yay, this guy got scorched all year last year.
One reason why they went and drafted Waynes and picked up Newman.

That was 2013 actually. Last year he wasn't so bad and he's CB5 behind Rhodes, Newman, Munnerlyn WAynes...and Jabari Price should be back soon too.

Not worried about this move at all.
