CC had some catches that made you say "no way" but that was up there with the best ever.

If the balls that hit receivers in the hands and were dropped had actually been caught, Teddy is looking at around 70% completion yesterday. He made one really bad throw yesterday and that was intercepted. A couple of the "high and unreachables" were receivers not getting to their spots or Teddy having to rush the throw. Now to be sure, there were absolutely a few wide open targets where Teddy sailed the ball when he wasn't pressured and a few wide open targets that he failed to see. All in all if the O-line has even a representative showing and balls that should have been caught were caught, the Vikings probably put at least another 10 points on the board.

Who needs an offense when you can block punts for TD's.

Agree. And CC's my favorite player of all time.

So I never knew that Bridgewater and Amari Cooper went to HS together.

OL trumps all for needs, but I still wouldn't be disappointed at all with getting Cooper in the 1st if he slides far enough to us. Now even less so.

D can't get off the field again. Greenway is slow.

Typical Vikes

Miss the fumble recovery

Miss the QB sack

Go to OT because they allow another FG

Sweet screen vs blitz to win it. I figured they were done for in OT

Nice audible by the young QB and good run by Wright.

Zulgad:

Remember, when so many couldn't stand Jerome Simpson? Well, the Vikings might owe him a thank you note.

The wide receiver's legal troubles continued in July, only this time he failed to inform the franchise. That led the Vikings to release Simpson in September after they learned he had been cited by Bloomington police on misdemeanor charges of marijuana possession, driving with an open bottle and violating limited license restrictions.

Two days after jettisoning Simpson, the Vikings replaced him by signing Charles Johnson off the Cleveland Browns practice squad. This minor transaction has turned into what now appears to be a very savvy move.

The best evidence of that is when starters go down and their replacements aren't any worse. And Kalil better not be here next year. Same shit different day yesterday. Get Teddy sacked for the safety. Pick up and unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on the PAT so we kick off 15 yards farther back in then a late hold. This guy has to be having the worst season of any LT in Vikes history.

Another player who needs to be gone next year. I believe Hodge would be an upgrade over Greenway right now.

The Pats just keep answering the bell.
They get everyone's best shots every week, and they are always prepared... and can play any way you want to play.
Wanna race? We will race. Wanna fight? We will fight. Wanna grind it out? lets do that too.
Why oh why do we NEVER have teams around here with that mentality? Grrrrrr.
I don't like HAVING to admire 'other" teams in order to get my sports fix. I'd just as soon admire our local boys.
But they aren't giving me any reason to, and haven't, for a long time.

This is the most "fight" I've seen in a Vikings team in a long time.

Still a long way to go,no doubt. Sad the state it's been in for so long.

Watched some NFL bios this weekend (football life)

Belicheck showed up in 2 of them, picking the brains of other guys, including Jimmy Johnson.

Both of our football teams are very similar.  Tough nosed coaches who's players, while limited in overall talent, fight their assess off.  Every other team

@ArifHasanNFL

Since Week 10, Xavier Rhodes ranks #1 among all corner in yards allowed per snap in coverage and #3 in cover snaps per reception

Huge tipped pass late in the game.

If only Munnerlyn and Robinson played 1/2 as well.

Not bragging, just sayin ...
I was on the Zimmer bus first, and I still believe in him.
I like what he brings. I just don't think he will allow the same bullshirt attitudes to go on.
Baby steps, but at least steps. Our D definitely is trending upward. Theres a toughness there now that there wasn't before.

Robinson has improved to a degree this year. He did make a big play late when he hammered Smith short of the first down. But, damn, he still has sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo far to go. They went after him Harvin all day. They way he defended Harvin on that TD was Chris Cook like. Not a doubt in my mind that Professor Xavier would have broken that play up easily.

Missed giving up a 2nd TD only because Geno was off target.

Run run run with the receiver

Turnaround all off-balance.

Get beat.
