Last night when the Patriots were driving for the win/tie, Chris Collinsworth (jeezus this guy needs to go away) went on and on about how they should go for the win, they've got nothing to lose, blah blah blah.

All I could think about in my head is what if Maye throws another INT? They were well within FG range to be sure. A Tie was likely. I didn't disagree that it was a good opportunity to go for the win...but Collinsturd made is sound like there was no risk at all. Just fling it in there and if you don't make it hit the FG to tie....

Um. The glaring hole in his logic was obvious to the most casual observer...if the Hawks intercept the ball, the game is over. So yes. Take a shot, IF IT'S THERE, but FORCE NOTHING. Maye forced it. Hawks intercepted. Game over.

Collinsturd is beyond annoying as a color guy.
