An accurate passer like Brady, makes the Bears respect the pass, which makes some of those runs go.

What looks like key to me on what you posted, were the two DEEP passes to Gordon. One probably totally caught the Bears by surprise on 4th and 1, just after Brady ran the ball for 5 yards on 3rd down, that went for 19 yards to Gordon. The other was the 55 yard pass to Gordon.

NE didn't do just one thing. They attacked left, then right, the next drive they attempted deep and then attacked the middle.

Faking a concussion? His helmet came off on a rough tackle and the team kept it. Not sure how being held out = fake.

Yeah. I think he has one.

One thing that brings me joy is the Kizer for Randall trade. Packer Rubes saying that McCarthy can mold Kizer into something. And Randall, I think is in Pro Bowl.

Atl and CAR tie record. Whose second in the south? Anyone know? That's our final 2019 opponent.

After this sickening start, it would have been better to have them go into quadruple OT.

Can history please repeat itself?

Owner Zygi Wilf fired Tice after Sunday's victory over Chicago capped a disappointing 9-7 season in which the Vikings, a trendy preseason pick to go to the Super Bowl, missed the playoffs.

The news wasn't a surprise, but the timing and manner in which it was delivered stunned the few players remaining in the stadium Sunday.

Several players and sources close to Tice told ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli that the dismissal came well after the coach had addressed his players and the media. Tice went to his small office near the home locker room at the Metrodome, where he was joined by Wilf and Wilf's brother Mark, a minority stockholder in the club, who apprised him of their decision not to renew his contract.

Zimm walks into Speilman’s office tomorrow and says “I know it’s early but I got some tape on some defensive guys in the draft that I would hate to let slip by in first round. I need Lots of talent to look good. “

Speilman “ well ok, menards has a sale on duct tape that will be good enough for the OL.” “BTW, send Prefier up, some of these senior kickers look good, I want his opinion.”

Preiffer might be the only guy who can hold his head high after this game...

(That said, we still need a complete housecleaning).

If it was going to end. I'm actually relieved it ended like this. I hate the Eagles fans getting to enjoy another week. But other than that, I'm not really that upset.

But I've got my MBA studying to do, so I don't think I'll dedicate any time to the playoffs. From the NFC, I'm rooting for the Rams.

I don't care who wins the Super Bowl as long as it's not the Patriots. So the Patriots will probably win it. Sigh. I take these losses really hard.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like we get the 17 pick in the draft each round.

So long Mike.

I do like Zimmer, but won't complain if he's gone. So many games this year where the team came in unprepared and dysfunctional. Blame coordinators or whatever, but who hires and oversees the coordinators? Buck stops at the top.

Zimmer has to go. Spielman should probably follow him out the door.

I can't imagine there is anyone left that doesn't see the O-Line as a massive, massive problem. We need a minimum of two new Guards. And then we need to pray that Elflein will play much better with more talent around him.

I could maybe handle the Rams?

I wont be going for the Bears Eagles or Saints either. I guess I default to pretty much going Rams

Two guards and elf to take a step forward would go a long way.

I can't judge Cousins until then. Just like I didn't blame Flip or think Stef was a genius the last two weeks.

But Zygi or Mark Wilf already walked into Speilman's office.

I'm going AFC no matter who gets in there. Preferably KC or Houston.
