Sounds like Brett Jones will be brought up from the PS.

Brett Jones is like Fernando Smith, cut, sent down, reactivated, etc more times than can be counted.

Irv Smith listed as out. Dantzler questionable. Zim reveals that Eric Kendricks is the emergency long snapper. Did a nice job filling in in practice this week.

Pretty much just about anyone that has ever put on pads in the NFL.

Cutting Elf removes him from the comp pick formula vs letting him ride the bench the rest of the season.

I doubt he would get much of a contract to qualify but then again NO's signed Easton for big money.

And even so, all we got was a 7th round pick for Easton.

if the vikings run the table against the bears, cowboys, panthers and jaguars - we have a 77% chance of making the playoffs....

if we can close the season going 6-2 -- losing to the buccaneers and saints we have an 80% chance....

#Vikings OL Dru Samia tested positive for COVID-19, source said. Contact tracing being finalized and anyone deemed high risk won’t be allowed to travel for Monday’s game against the #Bears.

The game should be postponed. There's no way an active player hasn't had close contact with many players and coaches. The entire OL and DL, for starters, needs to quarantine. This shitt is already out of hand throughout the midwest.

Home cooking alive and well at Lambeau. Phantom holding calls on Jax TDs. Bakhtiari rips a guy off a pile by his helmet(pick up flag, no call).

They must have really bitched after our game.

Attempted robbery in Green Bay by gang wearing stripes thwarted by over-rule from New York. Shameful shameful shameful home cooking going on today in turd-town.

Vikings also announce Cameron Dantzler (concussion) was downgraded to OUT as was Dru Samia (illness) and Jordan Brailford (personal).
Minnesota also announced assistant OL coach Phil Rauscher will not travel with the team to Chicago.

(Courtney Cronin on Twitter)

The illness for Samia is obvious to be a positive test for Covid or at least being in contact with someone who did. The assistant OL coach follows him on being out as a Covid precaution, I imagine. If that's all it is we should be grateful.

Maybe they'll learn to stick to the phantom holding calls. Bigger payoff, plausible deniability.

They just completely made it up that the pass was tipped. DLineman wasn't even close. Something fishy on that one.

Obviously the referee's checks cleared before this game.

What a load of crap.

Since entering the league, Daniel Carlson ranks 28th in the NFL in Field Goal Pct (80.3%) of all kickers that have attempted at least 25 field goals.

We don't need to act like he's "the one that got away" every time he makes a field goal.

He's been hit and miss over his short career so far (get it - hit and miss) that's for sure. Strange for Baker to make this comment a day after Carlson went perfect 3-3 on FGs and 4-4 on PATs. He's 4-4 on 50+ this year as well. Looks to me like the kid is going to have his best year as a pro this year. Good for him.

Oh yeah I see that. Yeah he's not the one that got away. He's just another one that we ruined. Glad to see him bounce back.
