Chris Tomasson@christomasson
#Vikings Bashaud Breeland has moved up in the Pro Football Focus rankings of NFL cornerbacks. After being No. 103 of 103 last week, he is now No. 109 out of 112.

So nine more corners qualified and Breeland was better than 3 of them. He dropped 6 spots, but moved out of last.

How he's not cut yet is beyond me.

That would involve Zim admitting he was wrong.

I see an act. Each playing their part. First Kirk then Zimmer. All in fun.

Courtney Cronin@CourtneyRCronin
Zimmer addresses the sideline interaction postgame w/him and Cousins: "He’s doing exactly what I want him to do. He’s being a leader, he’s being vocal, he’s showing emotion. I’ve been talking to him about it all year. It’s no different than when Bradford tackled me in practice, because I was trying to get him to be the same thing. So you know, he came over and said, ‘You like that?’ And kind of gave me a shove, and I shoved him back, and it was all good."

Since once something is on the internet, its there forever, here is the tweet:

Courtney Cronin@CourtneyRCronin
Mike Zimmer addresses Bashaud Breeland's disparaging tweet: "We’ll handle it. Actually think he played pretty well. I think if I was asked the question by that reporter that he was asked the other day being embarrassed and 103rd of PFF, I might go off on him too."

Courtney Cronin@CourtneyRCronin
A follow up question to Zimmer asked whether the coach thought the tweet was directed at the fans, not the reporter Zimmer brought up (think the 'yal' in Breeland's tweet gave that away but what do I know)

"I don’t think it was."

So Breeland's disgusting conduct is excusable because PFF gave him a bad score??? Then tell the asshole to play better.

Why would Breeland tell reporters to enjoy the win? Telling the fans to enjoy would make sense. Not reporters. They just report on the team and the game.

Breeland doesn't seem like the sharpest marble in the drawer, but even he probably understands that Chris Tomasson is one person...

It was clearly aimed at the fans.

Dalvin Tomlinson played yesterday? Did he get dinged up early? All I saw out there was Lynch, Watts, and Richardson.

Even with a turbulent week 1, Klint Kubiak is currently the highest-rated offensive play caller using our @PFF offensive play caller rating system through week 3 #Vikings

So far he's answered the call better than anyone expected

I guess Garrett Bradbury must have had a relatively good day.

Just watching the game the OL sure seemed to stink it up.

PFF must value predictability in a play caller.

I would like to say that although we won. This was a pathetic display of football.

We damn near lost.

Joseph is the hero....but if he had just made that FG a few minutes before that he wouldn't have had to be the last second hero.

Can Cousins learn how to run a two minute dr......wait.

3rd and 16 throw an 8 yard dump pass to a receiver with a DB waiting to tackle him...Yeah that'll work.

Lions coach has some guts. some balls, Score a TD. **** hitting the extra point for a tie. Go for the two point conversion for the win.... I wish our coaches weren't so risk averse. I seriously think they play scared.

The most predicable drive of the afternoon. Vikings up by 7, time getting short. Ineffective run. followed by ineffective run. followed by ineffetive run with a fumble putting the other team in position to tie, or in this case take a lead late. IF SOME NOVICE LIKE ME CAN SEE THIS SERIES OF PLAYS COMING A MILE AWAY SO CAN A PROFESSIONAL DC.

It's amazing when Rodgers has 37 seconds left and drives his team into FG range for the game winning FG. Cousins does it with 33 seconds....crickets.

Someone else pointed out Kubiak isn't adjusting to adjustments being made. Our offense goes into a cocoon in the second half of games.

We barely beat a bad team.

This victory seems exceedingly Pyrrhic .

I've been saying for a while that I'm not ready to judge players on this team fully until we get rid of the dinosaur. Kirk has been pretty good imo when he has to take risks for sure!

I just watched it. Definitely something very bizarre about that whole exchange. Then the way he was looking at Peterson. Very strange.
