Vikes point totals in our eight games so far in order: 17,28,24,21,20,19,22,24. That's an average of 21.9 per game. But don't forget two of our TDs were defensive scores. Through eight games our offense scores 20.4 points per game. You're telling me we can't find anyone that can replace that? It doesn't seem like an insurmountable amount of points to me.

I'm going on record: Kirk stans are about to find out just how easily replaceable he was/is.

On other teams, with running games, you may be right. I am not a Kirk Stan, but I think the likes of Hall, Mannion, and Mullens are going to bring that average down a few points.

The amazing part of all this was that Jaren Hall was the back-up plan. That, in itself, should get someone in the front office fired.

Mullens was the backup plan; On IR another week--hurt his back in practice.

We'll see. Even if it does, what's the end result? We finish 8-9? We are 4-4 right now. Like I said - easily replaced.

I missed out on the whole meaning of the Stans thing. Anyone want to fill me in on what I'm "missing?"

I missed it too Ricky. I've heard it a lot from Mackey and Judd. Obviously I know it's a die hard Kirk supporter but now you have me curious.

A stan is a fan of a celebrity. It comes from the Eminem song, Stan.

Your definition was better. It was naive of me to think anyone would listen to the song.

They just announced that KOC is going to coach and be the starting QB.

Does he call the plays into himself?

No brad, Mullins was the back up plan, then he got injured, hall got promoted, Mannion the moron, was brought in to fill the practice squad spot..

Your abi,it’s to twist things to trash management reflects your frustration at not being able to do a god damn thing about how the team is managed..

The Kirk Cousins Era of futility has been torn asunder.

Time to move on.

Minnesota offense is dead middle of the pack..

Any mediocre QB , with the other players we have on offense, should or could be able to score 21 points per game like the top half of the NFL.

THE problem we have is a fifth round Rookie from BYU, who has probably taken next to less than 20 snaps with the first team offense, since he was drafted..

I don’t want to spend 1 single future draft resource on replacing Kirk Cousins..

**** him and his guaranteed 30 + millions of present and future cap money.

Move the hall past the woe and get with the modern NFL.

The things this franchise has done for over 60 years have produced Zero League Championships.

After wasting 3 first half time-outs to avoid delay of game, he comes out in the second half with the microfiche font wristband to hold the play verbosity.

It will be interesting what the Vikings do at the trade deadline not involving a QB. I do not think they will do anything at QB. Their plan was to have Mullins as the back up and seem to have confidence in him. One concern with both Mullins and Hall is that they are injury-prone. Also, Mullins is coming off injured reserve in a week, that does not mean his back is ok. Also, a back injury is something you can reinjure easily too--a la Bradbury.

There are multiple issues....sometimes a check down play is included in the play call but when the call doesn't get to Kirk as soon as it should is part of the problem. I think that when we go hurry up with the same formations everything seems more in sync as Kirk still gets the play call and no formation change.

Sorry, that was my jab at the KOC coming in to play QB. I do think that the wristband helped Kirk w/ speeding up the play calls for the most part. It was a welcome change.

KOC told Hall the gameplan for Sunday: When it's 3rd and 7 after Mattison's two runs, take a no-step drop from the shotgun and wing it because the D is sending at least seven after you every single play.

Addison and JJ may not agree with you....you might see a lot more checkdowns now and the lovely zero yard pass. There were 5-6 passes yesterday where Kirk released the ball before the WR break or on the Addison TD before he cleared space..

Everyone is replaceable. GB is now aware that ARodg is replaceable but with a lesser QB.

Hall may have talent but Kirk probably had his best season followed by his best 1/2 season under KOC.
