ORIGINAL: DavidAOlson The second quarter reminded me of the 1990's, back when TBS "superstation" carried the Bulls nationwide. First half, usually the Bulls would generate a lead. Third quarter, they'd completely shut down the other team and blow them off the court. Fourth quarter, Pippin & Jordan would be laughing on the bench, cheering on teammates, massive ice bags strapped onto their knees. I suspect the Twolves had that defensive plan fully prepped, waiting for when the Gobert baby arrived. The NBA highlights are hilarious. In the second quarter, for a big stretch they show *every* Nugget score — like, the only way the Nuggets could score was with a highlight worthy play. Meanwhile the Twolves get further and further ahead. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B141XFJoJvA So much fun... The funniest thing about TNT was the Barkley and Shaq exchange about the KAT foul/no foul. Players used to flop on Shaq so he hates that and Barkley said it was a foul on KAT. Denver does have some floppers.
