Flores deserves the job if KOC is let go.

Tomlin is mediocre, no way would I want him to be the coach. He's a more recent version of Jeff Fisher, and actually I thought Fisher to be the better coach anyways (Titans years). McCarthy has already improved the Steelers to an outside contender in the AFC and this is the best they've looked since prime Ben and Antonio Brown.



Don't worry, McCarthy will **** it up.

Status: online 		I agree that just because Flores worked under Tomlin before, means he enjoyed it. I was just posting the idea to see if anyone liked the idea.

I would keep KOC, or make BFlo the head coach, an idea I presented too early for some people, near the end of BFlo's 1st season as a Vikings' DC.

Status: online 		I believe that Richard is wrong in regards to Taylor making the Vikings a contender, and would love it if the Vikings signed him, and proved Richard wrong.

Bill speaks for the entire board, and says the entire board believes the addition of Taylor would not by itself make the Vikings a contender, and I would love it if the Vikings signed him, and proved what might be the entire board on this, to be wrong.

I think JJ McCarthy has already proven you wrong, and will continue to prove you wrong for the next 2 years, provided his health is good. We will see if his play falters, and then you could be proven right in the long run, which your saying "2 years" afforded you.

The early reports out of NY were saying that Minnesota was spending too much time micromanaging JJ, and now they are just letting him play, and he is enjoying himself, and playing well. And he played at a record setting level in his 1st appearance in the 4th quarter (the other 2 names mentioned were Josh Allen and Dak Prescott).

Tommy Kramer had a great 4th quarter in one of his 1st appearances, was it against Philly ? Kramer never won a Super Bowl, but he was a good QB for many years.

I also don't think Bill speaks for the entire board.

Anyone that appears to not want any FA acquisition has basically given up on this season, they seem to think the QBing is so bad, that there is no chance the Vikings are a contender, or that a FA acquisition or 2 could make them team a contender. But I don't speak for the entire board, so feel free to tell us if you disagree with that.

Status: online 		Daniel Jones - Signing him doesn't excite me, as he hasn't carried a team in December. But then again, I never thought Sam Darnold would win a SB, so the potential here might be similar. So I am on the fence with this one.

Kirk Cousins - I feel that he has proven himself to be unlikely to be clutch, don't even think he is available. I would say no, even if he were available.

Justin Herbert - Will probably cost too much. He shows talent, what is wrong with him this year ? Can the Vikings fix those things. I am not sure, maybe someone that is knowledgeable here can share an opinion on him.

Davis Mills - This one interests me, he has done all right, despite playing with poor OLs, some have argued he should be starting over Stroud. Wasn't there a poster or 2 here that likes the way he played ?

Max Jones - Would the 49ers be willing to give him up for cheap, and he is any better than mediocre?
