Another awesome night.
Great to see the 'Ning get rolling, the Pens are now in trouble. Tampas loaded with skill.
I bet we see Sid The Kid sooner than they planned.
Caps with a very solid win, that series will get really fun in NY.
'Nucks are just loaded, but the Hawks will not go down easily. Could defintely see this one being 2-2 when they head back to Vancouver.
Ducks got it done in a must-win tonight.

Our old pal Gaborik is being roasted by the national media for his effort right now.
Nothing we didn't know, people, shoulda asked us.
One of the few NHL players who are in it solely for the money. That doesn't work in this league. You stick out like a sore thumb.

Couple more great ones today.
'Yotes just come up short. Flyers win a must-win.
Please hang on, Les Habitants!

Man, Vanek would look nice scoring those goals for us.....

Sweet game in NY today, tough playoff hockey.
Pulling for Caps, but the Rangers came to play today.
Love Torts ... one helluva coach imo. Great post-game presser, you'll get nothing but truth from that dude.

Preds go up 2-1
Canucks take Hawks to brink at 3-0
Great games, great intensity. teams with the better tenders are succeeding, no surprise.

I was hoping the Hawks would at least slow the Nucks down.   Not happening at all

Yeap.  Did you watch the Sabres/Flyers?   There's probably 2 or 3 teams I can stomach winning it all and there are about 5 that would kill me if they did.

Sabres - stomach.  I love Vanek, Miller and Rupp.

Flyers -   There isn't a fanbase in America less deserving of a winner.  There MAY be 1 or 2 decent people in the metropolis.  And  that's a big "may".

Buffalo better get thier PP together or that thing is over.  Down 1 with about 3 to go and on the PP.  What does Philthy do?  Guy freaking runs a dude, from behind, in to the crossbar .  Typical Philthy move but this time they pay.  5-3 and a chance to tie.  Buffalo, however, squanders the opportunity completely giving back momentum and they damn gave up another goal.  Game over....

Right witch ya brother.
Love those three Sabres.
Price was a bonehead last night for the Habs. He WAS in the Bruins head, and gave it all away with the stupid play-the-puck-into-the-opposition move.

Wow, just WOW.

Normally I would say "good" just to screw ESPN. I hate everything about that network. No offense to you Scott, I more speaking to a dude who doesn't come in here named Skillz.........but, NOBODY will get this but when they won the rights to the EPL and La Liga it was over. They are what ABC use to proclaim (the World Wide Leader in Sports). Bettman should have begged them to let him in and somehow keep his leverage with NBC.

2 Bill for 10 years? In today's sports that called curling. I would say un-fing-believable but it's Bettman. So I guess I'm left with "un-fing-predictable".

Thanks Gar. We are now ping pong die hards on skates.

yes! Got the Sharks going.
5-5 after 2 now.
Helluva comeback.
Defense? We don't need no stinking defense.

How you guys see the Preds/Ducks series going guys? Preds have never won a playoff series.

Won't make it tonight, but if there's a game 6, I'll be spending part of my Easter Sunday at the arena.

It all comes down to Rinne IMO.   Nashville's got the speed and Ana has the vets.  It sucks for Nash to get this team first round.  Speed kills over a 7 game stretch but it REALLY kills over a 7 game stretch in the 3rd round.

Nashville's young guys need to stay poised.  Ana will push them hard at some point.  They'll need to handle the preasure.

It would be great if Rinne can steal a SO or 2.

Thanks Jeff. I'm hoping for a win tonight and a loss on Friday so I can see them on Sunday.

Great, great night. Wall-to-wall action all night long. 2 double-OT games. 1 elimination.
Battles, brawls, scraps, blood, screaming, yelling, rocking and rolling. No, not a SMF family reunion .... it was playoff hockey baby.
Some results made me happy, some sad.
Helluva comeback by the Caps, Rangers had 'em dead in the water.
Sucks on the Pens/'Ning, our old pal Roloson was outstanding until he lets in the weak winner.
The Phlyer/Sabre game was outstanding. Miller is just amazing in net when he is on. Amazing.
Detroit continue to prove they are the best org in sports. (Don't like it, but just sayin ...)
Ducks are surprising me and the Preds ... really didn't think they had it in them.
Hard to top the night before when the Sharks were finished, but came back from the dead, but tonight did.

Hawks are rollllin.
Love seeing the Canucks best plans lay shattered on the floor, even if it is Chicago doing it to them.
They have collapsed, will be fun to see if they can pick themselves back up.
My Sharks rolled lat e last night too. Absolutely no defense in this series .... Kings left 4 or 5 goals laying there, that could have been a 10-9 shootout.
Sucks that the Bruins got back in. Not happy about that. Montreal had 'em by the short ones.

Yeah, the Bruins won't die but I'm loving the Nucks.  Their fans are starting to sweat
