From what I'm reading on Twitter

Hunter, Hawkins and Cuddyer are all on the ballot.

And at least one person feels Rolen should get a good boost this year.

Really?

Rolen was good, but HOF??

My Opinion, if they're not going to induct the cheaters, the next tier is going to thin out and become a Hall of Very Good.

Not saying they should induct the cheaters, either. Just saying that it's ok to not induct someone every year. Just like the Twins HOF. Don't have to induct someone if there's nobody worthy.

Yep. IMO, it has already turned into the Hall of Very Good. There are a lot of guys in there already who don't belong. Kind of like enshrining KISS in the rock n roll HOF.

Apparently there's also a push to get Omar Vizquel into the HOF

Status: offline 		New York Mets second baseman Robinson Cano has tested positive for a performance-enhancing drug and will be suspended for the entire 2021 season, sources familiar with the situation tell ESPN. He will forfeit a $24 million salary.

Will be 39 when eligible to play again if he loses the whole year.

In all, ESPN will cover 11 season-opening games, involving 19 teams, over the first week of the 2021 Major League Baseball season.

ESPN will kick off the season April 1 with the Toronto Blue Jays visiting the New York Yankees (1 p.m. ET), followed by the Dodgers-Rockies game (4 p.m.). The New York Mets, under new owner Steve Cohen, will travel to take on the Washington Nationals (7 p.m. ET), and the day will be capped by the Houston Astros visiting the Oakland Athletics (10 p.m. ET).

It will be all about the MVPs on Sunday, April 4. National League MVP Freddie Freeman and the Atlanta Braves will visit the Philadelphia Phillies at 1 p.m. ET. Then the debut of the 32nd season of ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball will spotlight American League MVP Jose Abreu and the Chicago White Sox visiting three-time MVP Mike Trout and the Los Angeles Angels (8:30 p.m. ET).
