ORIGINAL: marty Diggs and Hunter adding to what the Texans had, wow !!! They should be a fun team to watch, anything less than getting to the 2nd week of the playoffs will be a disappointment for them. Adding what? Large salaries? Diggs is a diva and Hunter is always hurt. As I see it, they took on a lot of baggage. Hunter had a major neck injury that cost him 1.5 years. He never missed a game before or after. And he's coming off the best year of his career. Career highs in Sacks, Forced Fumbles, Tackles (Both Solo and Ast), QB Hits and he led the NFL in Tackles for Loss. He's had 108 tackles-for-loss in 119 games. In other words, he makes less than one (potentially) impactful play a game. Lets not conflate his production. He's never been one of the top rush-ends in the eight years he has been in the league. Tons of potential. Nobody argues that. You can play that "game" with any NFL player. Its a dishonest argument. It's not dishonest at all. Hunter has always showed potential, but has never been considered one of the best at his position. Brad please stop with the lying. Myles Garrett Micah Parsons Nick Bosa Jermaine Johnson TJ Watt Max Crosby Trey Hendrickson I could name another five on top of that I'd rather have. Admittedly, I don't think much of defensive ends. Without good corners they are irrelevant.
