I'm assuming the Spurgeon swipe was intentional
The day we're better without him, hasn't happened yet
If it does this time, then that's a good thing and a sign of our depth
We need puck-movers and he's always the best one we have.
What he doesn't bring, the replacement will. Lets see how it plays out.
Sounds like only 2 weeks off for Spurg, that's good news, imo.

Very good news....surprisingly Brodin has played a little better (still overated in my book). Maybe we can trade Brodin and Give Soucy and Seeler his time before Spurgeon comes back?

People assumed I've been able to for 20 years (see Brian Regans bit)
In reality, we've only been able to , for the last 6 months.

Damn, they just seem to keep on winning lately. 5-4 over Tampa Bay and now sitting in a wild card spot. They are determined to play themselves out of a good draft spot, but still be bad enough to get bounced in the first round of the playoffs......

Nice to pick up a win on a night when Stalock was down right Dubnyk like. A couple of very pretty goals by the Wild.

So many things going right for them right now. That goal be Ek would have been shot right into the goalies belly a month ago, but now it hits the open spot. Zuckers finish of a beautiful passing play would have had a whiff on a pass attempt earlier, but now everything is tape to tape. Fun to watch when it's going our way for a change. Even the refs are calling clean games....

I don't really know what is happening but our team seems so much more explosive....they answered every goal right away. It was like Ok we will score again then.

Total truth

That's the game.
That beautiful top shelf wrister that won the big game? Next month, it tings off the pipe and out.
That's why its the greatest game. If you don't develop patience, it'll end up killing you.
Always the hardest thing to preach and teach and learn.
Also why its so volatile out there. People ignorantly say they don't understand why violence erupts ……. if you played, you know why.
NO game is more frustrating. At last none I have tried. Not even close.

The way the boys answered goals last night was amazing
Suter-Zucker-Zuccarello were fantastic at coming hard right after Ning goals.
Dumba was awful. Anyone notice lately he has been invisible? Except for negative plays? Not good.
He's the one guy who is just treading water
Not Stalock's best night, but the team picked him up. Keep it rolling.

He definitely had a couple of Doobie Du-ohs in there last night. The difference is that is one game out of six with Stalock. It's an every game occurrence with NTG.

Is there any hint of what is wrong with Dubnyk's wife? I hate to traffic in gossip, but I guess I am right now - because I'm curious. It would have to be something pretty serious to keep him out this long.
