Source says #Vikings to waive WR Alexander Hollins.

Source says #Vikings to waive safety Myles Dorn.

(Chris Tomasson)

Hollins is a big surprise to me. Does that mean Sharpe is on the 53?

Source said it's trending toward #Vikings WR Chad Beebe again making the 53-man roster.

Bradbury was a very high pick. For him to be the worst starting C in the league last season is not a very promising sign. Not saying he can't/won't improve.

I'm not throwing in the towel on Udoh or Clev and with the shortened camp it's somewhat understandable. But Dozier and Elf aren't good players. Both are at the bottom rung in pass pro so not beating either of these two out doesn't bode well.

Then we have Spielman's past track record drafting olineman to consider. I'd list the 8 years of futility but I don't want anyone throwing up in their mouth this morning.

I hope these players will be good. But the jury is still out and in no way shape or form can you say with any certainty their all going to be good. That's the purple goggles talking.

I disagree with Bradbury being the worst starting C in the league. I don't even think he was bad by the end of the season. I stand by my comment that I believe all will be good.

The Vikings are paying him a million dollars whether they keep him or cut him. I guess they figure they might as well keep him.

I believe we need 11 more players by my count. Am I off?

#Vikings cutting Aviante Collins is a bit of a surprise since he was competing to start at left guard before he lost job to Dakota Dozier. But there was a lot of competition on the offensive line. Looks like Vikings could keep as many as 10 offensive linemen.

(Chris Tomasson)

10 more now?

I don't get the fascination with Beebe...

Hollins at least showed the ability to get open in a few games last year... seems like he would help stretch the field.

9 more? I wonder if the Vikings will trade any of their better players here.

That leaves Nate Meadors as the only current backup, meaning they'll definitely be adding someone from outside the building.

Everything the Vikings do regarding the oline is puzzling.

8 more to go? Maybe more if they pick up players on waivers from other teams.

Thinking Beebe has had his chances and is simply too fragile.

Cutting Hollins whom has deep threat capability will be something we regret.

Chisena is now a Safety. Not in competition with each other.

That leaves Nate Meadors as the only current backup, meaning they'll definitely be adding someone from outside the building.

Chisena is now a safety, but a very inexperienced one.

Chisena was switched back to WR after just a couple three days. I believe the Vikings love him for special teams and potential with his speed.

I missed that. Not one report about him on RotoWorld, but they do have him listed as a WR.

Considering our extreme lack of depth at the S position I'm real surprised we didn't resign him

Source, though, does believe that former #Vikings safety George Iloka, who recently worked out for them, is indeed still in the mix for a possible roster spot. Iloka played for them in 2018.

On the #Vikings 53-man roster, with Brett Jones being waived, looks like Pat Elflein and Dakota Dozier will be backup center candidates while also starting at guard. But if Jones is on the practice squad he could be called upon on game day according to new rules.
