Lowest grades:

Offense
• Cleveland: 45.4 (gave up 3 pressures, could have been more)
• Conklin: 48.6
Cook: 49.7
• O'Neill: 39.7 (4 pressures to Mack)

This is a bit baffling to me. Cook really had to earn every yard. It's not his fault there wasn't room to run yet he gets a low grade.

How many times did we see him get hit at the LOS or behind it, and him dragging defensive linemen 3-4 yards?

Not very many?

I think what we are seeing with Wilson is he no longer has to think about what he is doing out there.

If he averaged 1.1 yard after contact, he probably didn't have many runs where he dragged defenders 3-4 yards...

It appeared that Roquan Smith's job was to simply go after Cook every play.

He's a beast of a LB. But in the end Cook got his yards.

Any more talk about firing ST coach ?

Priefer was an F in my book, and so far, Maalouf seems like about a D.

If the Vikes could get special teams to a Marty grade of a B, I think it would be of great help.

Why did we think this guy was the brilliant hire for ST? Not a glowing resume. Mostly a career assistant. Had the head job once and was fired after 1 year.

We almost had a Zimmer throwdown to watch after Pattersons return.
Haven't seen ol Mikey that riled up in awhile.
So that was entertaining, at least.

Then Maalouf had the nerve to get all jiggy after the Bears gifted us a punt muff.
Chill dude, wasn't anything your guys did.
The kid catching the one well-placed punt of Colquitts career, with his feet in the EZ, was the final straw for me.
Can't stand that we employ players who don't really know the game.

There are just too many mental mistakes and breakdowns on ST.

This pretty well sums it up. Some of my friends have been texting me asking if I want Priefer back. Ummm... No. How about someone competent? It shouldn't be that hard. There's only 32 ST coordinators in the NFL. There should be a list of 300 qualified candidates.

Chisena has all the speed in the world but he's not a very good tackler. Last year Boyd was the top gunner and he knows how to tackle.

The play where Chisena stepped on end line summed up our night. He could have thrown(or punched) the ball back in play but just grabbed it and fell into end zone. He had a split second before his heel came down to get rid of the ball.

Well all the stud STeamers have to play on the regular roster....not a surprise.

Priefer's teams could cover but he screwed up kicker.

Maalouf's teams can't cover but we make kicks.

Hire them both.

Priefer's teams were terrible in punt coverage. They gave up at least one big return a game.

That was when Kluwe kicked line drives straight down the field instead of what he was told. Then he became full time guitarist.

He played base. The problem continued after Kluwe was gone.

Bass is a guitar.

You sure. I thought our coverage teams were Top 10 during his tenure. I could be wrong.

Priefer told his punters to kick high and short to help the coverage unit. Not the worst possible strategy I’ll give you that. But not exactly professional level either.

We had so many punts under 40 yards fair caught between the 15 and 20 I would just shake my head.

Checking in on Yannick Ngakoue in Baltimore. He's grading out 92nd of 107 edge rushers since joining the Ravens with no sacks and no run stops.

(Sam Ekstrom on Twitter)

Vikings are 3-0 and I think the Ravens have lost 2 since the trade. He might be the least valuable player in the league

So maybe it wasn't the Vikings throwing in the towel when they traded him. they noticed he wasn't really any better than the much cheaper rookie they already had on the roster (Wonnum) and saw the writing on the wall and got some of their draft capital back.

Wonnum has played pretty well since the trade.

I think Speilman and Zimmer moved a guy when he was showing signs of slipping but still had value, before the bottom dropped out of his value
