I’m reading many Twitter accounts stating the Vikings are now the lowest vaccinated team in the NFL. On the plus side, with so many starters missing games from covid exposure we’ll probably barely notice the missed FGs.

Gladney has now officially been indicted on felony assault charges.

That's a shame.

As other teams that struggled to get players vaccinated have succeeded, the Vikings have sunk like a stone.

Per Nicki Jhabvala of the Washington Post, the Vikings have fallen to last in team vaccination rate, with only 70 percent having at least one shot and only 64.5 percent fully vaccinated.

The Vikes are number ONE... at being anti vaxxers...

Way to go team leader Kirk "If I die, I die" Cousins and your evangelical christian godly twisted mind...

I can see this being a SCHISM on a very talented team...

If we don't win it all...I trade Theilen, eat Cousins contract unless we can trade him and don't restructure Harrison Smith.

You want to put yourself over team gtfo.

If their selfishness doesn't cost us...fine.

No. Some of them are fantastic people. One of the best people I’ve ever known was a catholic priest.

No way the Vikings can win or get through a season with Kirk Cousins-Adam Thielen Harrison Smith and others un-vaccinated.😷How does and NFL team allow players and coaches to dictate.Who’s the boss? - Larry Fitzgerald Sr.

Don't let Ragnarok's euphoria over Cousins' anti-vax status tilt your scale ...

He's just giddy because he got an immunological crumb thrown his way after having all his football arguments stuffed.

(Please note that his joy has nothing to do with the team's best interests or the well-being of humanity)

Give this situation a chance to play out a little. These un-vaccinated imbeciles might yet come to their senses.

For all the wrong reasons but, hey, as long as they get there.

Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, son.

One team remains below 70%. The overall player percentage in the NFL is 89.4, with 22 clubs over 90% and nine above 95%.

Your 2021 Minnesota Vikings... 64.5 percent vaccinated...

NOTE: I see this as far more than a Kirk F'ing Cousins problem... Sure would be nice if the leader and highest paid player on the team was more situationally aware though...

The Vikings currently have the lowest vaccination rate in the entire NFL, according to Nicki Jhabvala of the Washington Post. Just 64.5 percent of their players are fully vaccinated, with 70 percent in the process. Those percentages suggest that 32 of Minnesota's 90 players are not fully vaccinated and 27 have not received a single shot.

Contrast those percentages with the league's overall rate and the picture isn't pretty. The Vikings' roster, which holds around 3.1 percent of the league's players, features 10.6 percent of the NFL's unvaccinated players.

---
Vikings play-by-play announcer Paul Allen shared some info during his KFAN radio show on Monday that gives an idea about how much some Minnesota players are not willing to budge on their current vaccination stance.

“I know of at least three [Vikings] players who will quit before they will vaccinate. End of story. There are three players, I know, who will quit before they get the [COVID-19] vaccine.”

Not even close. No one here really believes the unvaccinated numbers has anything to do with Cousins. They just love to hate him. Not one athlete on the team is staying unvaccinated 'cause Kirk is and not one of them would get vaccinated just 'cause he would.

Get real!

Maybe it's his way of getting back: Hey F you Minnesota!

Yep Im sure you are right...

well lets compare and contrast to the SB champs... That health control freak Tom Brady certainly put himself above team right?

Brady clearly stated as the leader he made choices that will allow his team to be most competitive even if not totally in his own ideals.

and The Buccaneers are at the top of NFLs vaccination percentage as a team.

There is a buy from the top down on a winning organization...

The Vikings on the other hand have three players that would rather just QUIT on their career than do whats best for their team...

Who has better shot at the playoffs?

the usual exaggerated training camp reports ... some criminal activity ... a covid embarrassment.

Looking at it coldly, this year is going to be way more than the usual roller coaster.

we've known about gladney for months, and we're very well prepared for his complete exit...what are the cap ramifications of cutting him?....

the nfl needs to shake things up...get vaccinated or you're sitting out this season - exempt list without pay, or the team gets to cut you with no salary cap ramifications...being in the nfl is like being in the military....

what if a fan in the stadium catches covid from a player? - unlikely?, sure, but possible....
