Agreed. He took a pretty hard shot to the side of the head. He looked pretty out of it when he was sitting there shaking his head.

The last 2 weekends remind me of years past where we always sleep walk through Friday games and kick it in gear for a split on Saturdays. I suspect we will see a much better effort tonight in Duluth.

Well how does that even happen??! We're supposed to be the best college team in the country. And they lose to a bunch of 16 and 17 year olds that have never skated at Mariucci before? For comparison, I don't think there's any way Kentucky basketball could lose to a team of high schoolers.

We didn't get to see it on TV, but the Gopher hockey team beat Boston College in Boston. Whew. Nice to take a win again. A win for Gopher hockey again today and a win for Gopher football would sure feel like there is actually some justice in the world.

TV coverage this year sucks. I get the FSN package on DTV just for Gopher hockey. WTH?

You can thank Barry and the BIG for that. All FSN gets these days is the leftovers BTN doesn't want. They have messed up my weekends with their scheduling for sure. Sure would like the old WCHA Friday-Saturday games back.....
