STADIUM BUILDERS LICENSES which were just free money to the team for literally NOTHING. Did I mention $9 cups of beer?

I'll risk sounding like an old fart here but maybe, JUST MAYBE, the teams should have saved some of that obscene mountain of money they've been whoring out their fans for since the dawn of time.

They'll get no sympathy from me.

I would be very happy if fans stayed away and it caused ticket prices to drop. As far as concessions, I rarely buy anything at sporting events. Not paying $10 for a can of beer and so-on down the line.

That reminds me of hearing a family of 4 who spent over a 1000.00 on a game day "experience" to go to a Cowboys game on the radio.

Guy was laughing that his wife wanted a glass of wine that costed 17 that put them over the 1000 mark.

The soccer stadium we went to in LA last year had some pretty good deals don’t ya think-

$100 parking
$25mixed cocktails
$19 Coors light

Crazy, I believe the $24 I payed for a Coors light in the Tribeca Grand Hotel in Soho 15 years ago was the most shocked I’ve been ordering a drink.

As long as the Russian water doesn't come from Chernobyl, you made a good choice. I personally think all the pro and college stadium experiences are too expensive. Even the White Sox, for whatever reason. Maybe the one positive coming out of all this is that it will cause the costs to drop somewhat.

In the last five years I've been to Arrowhead and also Mile High. Concessions are still expensive but no where near Piggy Wilf Stadium.

Beer and a hot dog at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta - $5 and $2 - right where it should be. Same thing at Mile High - $7 and $5.50 - ridiculous. Arrowhead - $8 and $6 - stupid but still doable. Piggy Wilf - $10 and $6.50.

Its clearly the same thing we do when we sign back-up QBs for Cousins.

We pick guys so bad, they can't possible win the battle and it assures there won't be a controversy that could damage the fragile egos of the incumbents.

Its making it look like we're making a move when we aren't. Its all optics to placate the fanbase.

Kirk Cousins has been under pressure on 39.3% of his drop backs - 3rd highest among QBs with at least 200 drop backs - yet his sack rate is only 17th. And his passer rating (102.7) and PFF grade rank 8th overall. Imagine if he was pressured less?

It's also a huge hit to the public's coffers, and they still have to pay their full bill. Pony up, Wilfs!!! To be clear, they've shown no hesitancy to spend on the franchise that I'm aware of, and I'd imagine that would continue.
